In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an rx888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access online gaming services;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended rx888 Account;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of rx888 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded by rx888 from the Platform;
• You are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

rx888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with eligibility constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Wallet balances and pending winnings.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the rx888 Platform. One Account per person, per household address, per email address, per device, and per payment method. Where rx888 identifies multiple Accounts held by or attributable to the same individual, rx888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions processed through them.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you are required to supply accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and contact telephone number. You undertake to update your registration information promptly whenever any detail changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rx888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify rx888 immediately via the support channel and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Currency

All rx888 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There is no conversion step between your deposit and your Wallet balance — what you transfer is what you receive, with no spread or currency fee applied by rx888 on standard transactions.

rx888 maintains a Know Your Customer programme consistent with internationally recognised standards for anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming. KYC verification may be required at any of the following points:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach a threshold determined by rx888's compliance protocols;
• Where rx888's risk systems flag unusual account activity;
• At any time rx888 determines that additional verification is necessary to comply with its regulatory obligations.

4.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

For Indonesian residents, acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk, KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence accompanied by a secondary proof of address. rx888 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including a selfie holding the submitted document and a recent bank statement confirming ownership of the withdrawal account.

4.2 Pending Withdrawals During KYC

Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be held in a queued state. The relevant funds will not be forfeited during a pending KYC review unless fraud or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is established. rx888 will notify you by email of any outstanding KYC requirements and the estimated review timeline.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rx888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Standard bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt by rx888's payment processor. rx888 charges no deposit fee on standard transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific conditions are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are made exclusively to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. rx888 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially inconsistent with prior deposit and wagering patterns.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to your Wallet are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an outstanding rollover will result in the Bonus Funds portion being withheld pending completion of the requirement.

5.5 Failed or Reversed Transactions

Where a deposit is initiated but fails to complete due to a technical issue on the player's banking side, rx888 will not credit the Wallet until funds are confirmed received. Where a deposit is credited in error due to a system fault, rx888 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit without prior notice. Players are advised to contact support immediately if a transaction appears not to have processed correctly.

All promotions are governed by these General Terms & Conditions and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the promotion detail page at the time the promotion is active.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated rollover mechanism;
• rx888 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in-progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the original terms;
• Where rx888 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — rx888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; uncompleted rollovers expire with the bonus at the end of the validity period.

6.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Different product categories contribute to rollover requirements at different rates. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply: sportsbook pre-match and live bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; sportsbook bets at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%; live casino table games contribute 20%; slots contribute 100%; togel tickets contribute 50%. These rates are subject to change and the current rates will always be displayed in the promotion terms at the point of claiming.

By placing a wager or participating in any game on the rx888 Platform, you accept the product-specific rules that govern that wager or game. Product-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. rx888 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the relevant sporting event is abandoned or postponed beyond 72 hours without completion, or where information asymmetry suggesting match manipulation is identified. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two legs; if one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are final once the relevant round is closed and confirmed by the game server. Disconnection during a live game round will not void a confirmed bet; the result will stand as recorded by the game server.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical integrity of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Engaging in any conduct that rx888 reasonably determines to be harmful to the interests of the Platform, its other players, or its business partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rx888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

rx888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your rx888 Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rx888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability and accurate odds and game results, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may affect availability without prior notice.

rx888 is not responsible for the actions, content, or technical performance of third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) or third-party payment processors. Any dispute regarding a third-party game outcome should be directed to rx888 support, which will escalate to the relevant studio on your behalf.

rx888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is established or reasonably suspected;
• The Account is subject to a fraud investigation, regulatory enquiry, or law enforcement request;
• rx888 determines that continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players;
• The Account holder requests permanent closure.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, rx888 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and an estimated resolution timeline within five (5) business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is established, rx888 may forfeit all or part of the Wallet balance at its discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting rx888 support. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining cash Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding rollover) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

rx888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting updates that do not alter your substantive rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date without penalty.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rx888 holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through rx888's internal dispute resolution process.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
